This course covers sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, and culture challenges in athletics and will also delve deeply into program equity compliance. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of why program inequities exist and how to spot red flags and address them.

Presenters draw from the courts, the news, their experiences working with athletic departments of all types nationwide, and the Olympic movement. This course is relevant for Title IX Coordinators with little or no athletic administration experience and seasoned athletic compliance staff.
